Don Tazoi, one of our teammates, 20 years ago, passed away in an incident at Nucor, Utah, and in going through his effects, they found that he had donated to several charities, and one of the biggest ones was Huntsman Cancer Foundation. The golf tournament, it's bringing together all of our customers, our vendors, and our community to support a great cause and to remember a great man.

We鈥檝e raised a lot of money, and the pride that you get from that is just, it's indescribable. Huntsman [Cancer Institute] does such great work. They are very well known throughout the country and actually throughout the world. And we know that our funds that we're raising gets spent wisely. We know that there's great research that comes through and honestly everybody hopes that this will be eradicated one day. And we know that we're doing our part to help make that happen.

Last night at the auction, Adam Zewe got up and spoke and asked everybody to stand up who had been affected personally or had a family member or friend that had been affected by cancer. I'm always shocked to see 100% of the room stand up. It鈥檚 a great opportunity to get out here and support Nucor and strive to support Huntsman Cancer [Institute].

It's a great cause for us to be a part of for the cancer center, and for all the research that they're doing. Just as Brahma and Nucor have come together as a partnership to support these causes, like Huntsman Cancer [Institute], raising money for it, we encourage all other businesses to take that opportunity, to engage in it and to support the cause.

I've had six of my immediate family members, from my grandfather to a sister that has had cancer. We try to provide as much as we can for the raffles and auctions and it goes to a great cause.

The more events that Huntsman [Cancer Institute] gets to participate in, and we raise money for, the better it is for everybody.

The event really doesn't happen without a team. The night of the banquet, the day of the golf event, we have probably 50 people here from our division alone. Part of our mission statement is to expand beyond, expand to the community, expand to the state.
